Music for Deeper Sleep



Sleep scientists suggest that playing relaxing music as you doze off makes you sleep longer and faster, with fewer interruptions, and ultimately wake up feeling more rested.
While results do not happen overnight - and might take up to three weeks for it to take effect - this Spotify playlist is one of the most popular and highly-recommended lists to get a good night's (or in our case, day) sleep.
